This post goes to a cute friend of mine:

1. Don't be afraid to interact. Humans are born to have company. You're fulfilling a need. you must be kidding when you said you do not want to interact with people anymore.

2. Don't be afraid of being yourself. In fact, it is a good thing when people fall for you. It means they like being with you.

3. Don't be afraid when people fall for you. Love is something that does not have a hard and fast rule to go about. It's just too bad when you do not share the same feeling as they do. If you do not like them, let them know. They will understand the situation. Deal with this person professionally. If he leaves you, it just simply means he's not worth your time, or to be your friend.

4. Don't be afraid to reject people. People aren't perfect, and they do need reminders once in a while. Let them know about it, but make sure you remain genuine in your friendship.

5. Whining is a more intimate form of communication. When you whine, it shows your inclination towards the other party. It also reveals a certain form of weakness which somehow, may mislead the other party to feel strongly about "protecting" you. Whine only when you're sure that your target shares a more intimate relationship with you. You don't whine to strangers, do you?

Im so freaking upset right now. It's not because i didnt win the samsung camera although i badly want it la.. It's also not because I was nominated as best freshie. But because I know, we might never have the chance to gather as an og like this anymore. If you have not already know, javin and myself, unfortunately, do not have the same time table from the rest of you. The story of the legendary cyclops has finally come to an end. O week is over. And i think we may not even have time for another makan session when school finally starts. I said this because whenever I tried to gather my sec school or jc classmates for a meal, it always fail due to different commitment. Oh well.. Of course, the gathering session must include our 3 beloved ogls, lewis, yilina and cherry, not forgetting other very supportive leaders like Brenda, hong ge, and other Ogls from heroes. To all the babes and hunks from cyclops, You people were the life of the entire og. Like we've always said, good times don't last but good memories do. These awesome memories from the 5d4n camp will always be etched deeply in my head. Although we did not win the best og award, in my heart, cyclops is always the champion. All you people in cyclops are very sincere and real. The effort we put in was for the greater good of the og. The games are tiring, the cheers, repetitive. But you never disappointed me during every single game or cheer we played. It was you sweat and blood, and the willing to sacrifice for our og that truly touched my heart. I will never be able to forget how hard you've tried to win during the tug of war game, and how we've used our mouths for the squeeze dry shirt game. The "wanna do well" spirit of our og is something I wanna applaud for. Once again, thank you cyclops for giving me such a wonderful time in bizad o week 2011. On a final note, do remember to go for rag on the 9th of august, because javin, guohao and I are going. also, in future if i miraculously organize a makan or catch up session for our og, you must try your best to go! If you miss out for the outing for too many times, I wont bother you anymore. -laughs.

Just returned home from helping out for the performance at rws.
It started from 7pm....
And we ran through the entire sequence 4 times!!
Walked till legs soree.

Kl had really performed well during aristal 2011.
Kinda regretting so much now for not being able to participate in the dance as well.
Otw my life would have changed so much so much.
Well, at least the supper outing after the concert gave me the opportunity to know 2 people!

Back from Hainan Dao!
4 days stay there is just right I think, though the most irritating factor there was the stupid mosquitoes.

Went to 3 tombs! I think should be my grandpa's parents, plus himself.
Kinda fun cause I learnt new procedures.
Normally, we would do all the administrative matters in the day, before heading out to city for shopping till around 1800hrs.
Last bus is around that time, thats why. :X

Bought 2 sets of clothings! 1k RMB.
I think thats easily $200. Bleah.

Phew, and I did the most amazing thing I've ever done in my life, during the return trip from China.
Thought I would miss the opportunity and regret the mistake.

Last night was epic.
A beautiful cohesion at Pizza Hut and St James.
The worse thing was, the pizza crew thought it was my PS birthday, and made a cake plus sang several songs for him. How funny and epic was that!
LOL. Overall, the whole dinner cost 680+, luckily warrant poh has a UOB card.
But, wow, first time having a 600+ pizza meal!

Oh and i realised how cool the feeling was to make a speech to all your men, in the public. :X
Then, went on to powerhouse. Danced all night.

Peng Yi went on with life and left us 2 days ago at or around 2.30am.

He fought hard, but...
It's awful to hear from his dad how he survived the torment.
Brain tumour growing on his left optic nerve,
and then another one on his right optic nerve,
and then another on his left,
and then another one on both his nerves,
finally the last 2 tumours grew, and took him away.
Imagine going through 4 complete sessions of chemotherapy and radiation treatment,
each lasting at or around 7 weeks.
I doubt i can even go through these.

Those 5 steps were the longest I ever took.
*Flashbacks*
I just couldnt bring myself to accept reality.
The once action filled Peng Yi interacting with me,
correcting my dance moves, is now resting peacefully in another dimension.

Life's short. Let's just enjoy whatever we can while we still could.

Anyway, I have successfully extended my ORD.
Well, 6th July will be the last NSF day in Army.
Havent break the news to my platoon yet.. Hmm wonder when should I do it.

Last COG today at the Istana!
Ended with a wet weather sequence as it was gonna rain.
But.... The drizzle stopped after a while though!

Somehow, the years of friendship between us is kinda diminishing.

Spent a few moments of my time reading through the past few posts,

which I really regretted.

And amazingly, tmr, 12am, i will be flying off to Brunei for my infantry package and JCC already.
Oh my, gonna go through shit again.
This time round, i guess, it should be the worst i will ever be going through during my entire term in ocs.
With hope i pray, for everything to go through smoothly,
without anybody injured, exhausted or any other tragedies that can happen.
Truthfully, I am a little worried about how the terrain's gonna be like in Brunei.
Guess i need a couple of days to adapt before really getting into the mood.

Just whipped up a maggimee meal for myself and here I am, stoning at home, doing nothing!
Practically slept the whole day off today.
Initially thought of going for a late night movie session with my brother,
but! he cui, suddenly got an appointment at Changi Airport: to see charbo.

Ah anyway, facebook's my friend in army.
Glad i stayed in OCS and didnt get posted to khatib camp,
where all my artillery friends are, cause OCS bunk got computer.
Kinda miss them eh, cause we've been through thick and thin together.
Haiz. All good things ALWAYS come to an end.
Have to adapt lo, bo bian ma.

8th Nov, i will be flying over to Brunei for my jungle training liaoo.
Super sian, JCC eh.
For 10 days, i will be only given 4 biscuit packs, 2 fruit bars, and 3 ration packs.
For 10 days, i will only have about 3+1+3 litres of water.
In order to get more of them, i will have to hunt lo, which most likely isnt the case la, because we wouldnt have time to do that.
What to do? Ration the limited amounts of ration!
Guess i would lose lots of weight during that period of time ba.

First 5 days, we have to navigate in the thick vegetation of Brunei.
It is going to be tough due to the terrain and the extreme load we'll be carrying.
Heard from many pple that every night is going to be a wet night.
ah, i feel like a goner, wet uniform and boots for ten full days.
BLAH.
I shall just endure it through!
Kinda think i will be tearing, after the course, when i navigate back to the main camp from the depths of the Brunei jungle.

I realised.
I always start my posts with CAPS.

I shall not digress any further.
WHY AM I SCREWED TODAY!?
3 BIG REASONs.
I shall just give a brief summary first,
before elaborating further later.

1) Our music was played wrongly.
SCREWED >.<
2) After being given a great shock because of the music, our performance became fragile.
SCREWED >.<
3) THE whole thing is just so SCREWED, that's why i feel screwed.
SCREWED >.<

LOL!
I notice another thing about me again.
I love to use the word *SCREWED*.
LALALA.
I guess it sounds fun that's why.

Aiyah,
thought we could do our best at first.
I guess because we're too panicky.
Damn dumb larhhh!
Another screwed performance!
Shall just take this as another experience to further improve myself.
The whole thing about this screwed performance is because of the screwed music.
We DID, in fact, TOLD the sound crew ytd,
or whoever in charge,
the stage manager i think,
that we WANT the music to be played after the freaking EMCEE has finished his introduction.
However, this wasn't the plan today.
The song was played, together with the EMCEE speaking!
And because the EMCEE IS speaking,
the music had to fade off, so that his voice wouldn't be overlapped by the loud music.
After he had finish his piece, the music faded back in.
AND OBVIOUSLY, USING COW SENSE,
30s would have already passed.
Unfortunately, our cue was missed.
So we waited, for around 3 8s,
hoping and wishing that the sound crew would RESTART the music!
but...
NO!
Eventually, i had to shout "GO!" so that everybody can run in together.
To make matters worse,
everyone was blur when they appeared on stage.
The first part was friggingly screwed.
Luckily, we managed to catch back the music at a certain point,
and we continued to perform.
RAHHH!

And you guys must be thinking,
"PHEW!~ What a close shave, at least you guys did not screwed the 2nd part."

UNFORTUNATELY,
that thinking above is flawed.
The momentum to do well wasn't there anymore.
And the 2nd part, wasn't as beautifully done as what it's supposed to be.

ALL IN ALL,
WE SCREWED IT ALL UP!
RAWRRRRR.

Hope LL doesn't mind.
We're really sorry about it though. >.<

I finally completed the HEROES series!
Hmmm...
Perhaps not!
I havent watch the 3rd series yet.

Yea.. could be addictive.
But i'm glad that i have completed the first 2 series already.
Leaves me no choice but to fully concentrate on mugging.

Today,
we had rehearsals at RP.
And i cut myself unknowingly yet again.

Wounds aside first!
One of the performing troupe is from MAGNUM FORCE.

They're a cheerleading team from Ngee Ann i guess.
Loved their *tossed* Backsomers.

My grades are almost all back already.
Definitely, of course, I'm unhappy with them.

Actually, I am more inclined to blame myself, than to blame any other factors that contributed to these nonsensical results.
People may add fuel to the fire,
but i dont care.
Nothing's gonna stop me.
Because i know, if i were to succumb to those peer pressures right now,
i would falter.

Haiz, but sometimes,
reverse psychology dont always work well.
For might the flames will simply be extinguished.
My confidence level has hit an 18 year low.
And i think the only way to recovery is to just leave my academic results alone.
Let me redeem myself please.

And today,
my GP teacher was so damn emo because he had a sneak peak into our Paper 2 results.
He said they were horrendous.
And that the failures in our class were SO MUCH SO MUCH,
and i seriously meant MUCH.
I thought my GP results could be okay.
But most of the time, my speculations will be suppressed.
I dont know...
But it seems like i am one of the failures.
I guess, i am DEFINITELY one of the failures.
Think i should just take this as a learning lesson for me.

Here are my grades so far.
1 U & 2 Ds.
Lousy arent they?
I guess that U grade will double itself next week,
when i get back my GP papers.

Also,
i havent hand in my testimonial and leaving cert yet.
The only time i have is tml.
I shall complete them by tml.
Oh ya,
let me leak a lil secret to ya,
The testmonials were actually due 2 months ago!
Nevermind...

Life's like that.
It's time to fight now.
I feel so much affected by the results,
though i'm glad that he warned me 1 month before my actual As arrive.
It's time to do some redemption.
And i think, there's still time to make a difference.

I guess i have to put an end to what i've been doing for the past few months,

Some distractions are okay,
